INSTALLATION OF PIPELINE SYSTEMS AND GAS PIPELINES AT THE CONSTRUCTION SITE
We specialise in the assembly of a complete technological pipeline system. We carry out all projects related to the installation of auxiliary structures and support systems.
We supply the associated fittings and expansion joints. We also assemble other compensating elements, flushing connections, sampling boxes or cut-outs to C&I – control and instrumentation equipment.
In addition, we carry out pressure tightness tests on pipelines. All projects are performed with the utmost care for the natural environment.
ORGANISATION OF CONSTRUCTION TEMPORARY FACILITIES
We provide scaffolding and the necessary equipment for the assembly. We provide various types of cranes, lifts and hoists. All tools, equipment and machines in what we offer come from the best suppliers on the market and have the necessary approvals. In addition to organising temporary construction facilities, we also deal with the comprehensive disassembly of existing installations.
PERFORMANCE OF PRESSURE TESTS
We carry out pressure tightness tests according to an agreed quality assurance plan. We have the appropriate equipment and measuring devices that allow us to record all technical parameters.
Confirmation of a positive pressure test result are reports that we provide to the customer along with high-quality documentation.
We implement projects related to the transmission, transport and storage of hazardous, highly aggressive and corrosive mediums in processes that require a specific approach and dedicated solutions.
We manufacture pipes, fittings and tanks, reactors and chimneys made of glass-reinforced plastic (GRP). They are widely used in the energy, chemical, water and sewage industries as well as waste incineration.
